AML & Compliance Statement

Modelsville Pay is designed to support secure digital payment collection, merchant records, receipts, and approved payout workflows in Liberia.

Compliance Position

Modelsville Pay is operated by Modelsville Group of Companies Inc., a registered Liberian corporation. The platform is being developed to support lawful customer payment collection, transaction tracking, receipts, reconciliation, and approved local payout workflows.

Customers approve MoMo payments through the official MTN MoMo payment flow. Modelsville Pay does not ask customers to disclose their MoMo PIN to Modelsville staff, sellers, or agents.

Any disbursement, inbound transfer, agent payout, or cash pickup service will only be activated subject to MTN approval, KYC/AML requirements, transaction limits, and applicable regulatory guidance.
